The process

1. Receive. Shipment lands under cold-chain. Temperature logged against the manifest.
2. Inspect. Each batch visually checked against supplier seal and lot number.
3. Store. Held in Dubai under refrigeration with continuous temperature logging.
4. Pick & pack. Pulled on-demand, packed with cold packs sized to UAE transit.
5. Dispatch. Out within 24 h of order, same-day on Dubai-metro addresses where possible.

If something goes wrong

If a package arrives warm, broken, or otherwise off, message us on WhatsApp the day it lands and we'll replace it.
