How fast is delivery?
Free next-day UAE-wide delivery. Same-day on Dubai metro where possible.
Do you ship outside the UAE?
Not in v1. We focus on UAE-only so the cold-chain stays intact.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card payments via Tap. Cash on delivery available on request via WhatsApp.
Can I get a custom amount?
Yes — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll quote a custom bundle.

Where do your peptides come from?
A single licensed US compounding facility. Direct cold-chain shipping to our Dubai warehouse.
Are COAs really per batch?
Yes. Every batch we receive goes through independent-lab HPLC. The current batch’s COA is on the product page.
How do I read a COA?

How is it packaged?
Discreet outer box, cold packs sized to UAE transit times, sealed product packaging inside.
What if my package arrives warm or damaged?
Message us on WhatsApp the same day. We’ll replace it — no long claim forms.
